In its Arena, a contained replica of the internet, users defend their own virtual company while attacking others, building security skills through gamification and hands-on missions.
Approach:
Following the initial conception and ideation phase, we assembled a team up to four people to handle the development and design. The objective was to build a first MVP, which is now being tested by our first independent users.
Lessons learned:
lBuilding a small MVP quickly is crucial to gather feedback early. lA startup is an ever-changing project, so the detailed plans didn’t last long. lIt is more important to align everyone around a vision than to rely on rigid planning.
